Climb Alongside Mental Health
MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
Climbing may help. As may talking about it.
However, if you are struggling to cope, we urge you to speak to a qualified professional, such as your GP. Climbing can be a useful tool, but you may find you also need professional support, which might be through talking therapy (e.g. with a trained therapist), or prescribed medication. There are options out there, and what works for one person may not work for another: it's about working out what works best for you and your mind to stay healthy.
